This weekend we had a little BBQ at Lackawanna State Park with our friends the Randalls. It was a lot of fun. This park is beautiful! I wish we would have found it last summer. The kids had a blast playing, as usual. Carrie brought stuff to make smores and Rilyn and Casen had a blast trying to roast marshmellows.
I say trying because I think they ended up dropping most of their marshmellows into the charcoal or they hit part of the grill with them and no one wanted marshmellow mixed with hot dog juice. Even the big boys got to have fun while we were there.
Cody thinks that Kyle looks like Shane so its kind of like we have a little replacement Breinholt over here with our Scooter look alike. Oh and Rilyn and I spent some of the weekend trying to get together some things for tball. She saw this hot pink bat at Target and of course we couldn't leave the store with out it!
She is so funny! She had to carry it through the store and she kept saying "Hey Batter Batter Batter!"
The kids and I are headed to Florida this week to spend some time with Aunt Kelly and Uncle Dave, and if you ask Rilyn who were going to see she will tell you the Gater Boys (show on Animal Planet). We're excited to go have fun and play in the ocean!
