This year we had a great Christmas. The kids (and grown ups) were totally spoiled. On Christmas eve we built a gingerbread Home Depot thanks to Grandma.
Christmas morning the kids woke up to Skippy's goodbye present, he wrapped the doorway into the Christmas tree and all of the presents. Silly little elf.
Casen got Thomas the Train and a Cars race track. Rilyn got an easy bake oven and all of the princess barbies.
They also had stockings that were about as big as them full of goodies. We only opened a few presents on Christmas day and saved the rest for when Grandma and Grandpa came home from Mexico. When we opened those presents the kids both got "kid iPads" (innotabs) and Cody got a real iPad so now we are a total iPad family. And now we can keep in touch while Cody is away thanks for Facetime. For Grandma's birthday a few days later we went and got pedicures with her and Aunt Kelly.
Rilyn loved feeling like a big girl and we all left with very happy feet. The kids also decided that they needed to make grandma a birthday cake.
I think we may need insulin shots to go along with all of the junk, I mean beautiful decorations they put on the cake!
