Well this week we decided that we're not going to be bored anymore. We planted more flowers (Cody thinks the kitchen looks like a green house but its the warmest room with tile floor and windows). Rilyn worked on some art projects
(painting a shamrock, building and coloring birdhouses).
She had a great time if you couldn't tell from the mess. Rilyn and I built her first blanket fort in the living room.
She LOVED it! Cody tried to make her one too but she said "Mommy is the best fort builder"! Go Me! We went to the zoo.
It was really cold so most of the animals were still in their houses but it was still nice to get out of the house. I fixed the canopy for Rilyn's bed.
She ripped the last one so I made this one out of sheer window panels. Ri and I also made a trip to the mall and got ice cream while we had some watch batteries replaced. Its been a long time since we've gone to get ice cream (but I mean who really eats ice cream when its 30 degrees outside?!?). Rilyn was in heaven. I think shes dying for the place around the corner from us to open again. I'm thinking its gotta be soon because things are starting to reopen. Sara's (the hot dog place by the beach we like) is opening on April 1st so I'm sure we'll have to go there opening weekend. On Saturday we did our monthly Home Depot Kids Craft.
Rilyn has so much fun building things. This month we made a rain gage. I wonder if that means we're supposed to start getting rain instead of snow. Saturday night we had a fun night at Texas Roadhouse with some friends. Its always nice to get out of the house and not have to cook! We've had sun most of the week and we're supposed to get it next week too. I'm so happy to see the sun again! I just wish it would warm up a little more so I could go walking again. The sidewalks are almost perfect. Maybe we'll try it on Monday. Monday should be a big day for me because I'm also going to start a new healthier diet. My heartburn has gotten really bad so I'm cutting out all soda, chocolate, spicy food, orange juice, bananas, and fried food. Its going to be hard to say goodbye to all of that yummy stuff but hopefully it'll help. Maybe it'll help me not gain a ton of weight during my last trimester too. Oh and a big CONGRATS goes to Greg and Brittany who had their baby boy Titan on the 2nd!! Congrats guys I wish we were there to meet him!

I LOVE that bed. My friend's little girl has one too and I just adore it - wish I had one as a kid!
